VACCINE PASSPORTS SURVEY - - ALI THIS SURVEY IS HALF FINISHED

The NHS COVID Pass (AKA Vaccine Passport) is used to demonstrate a person's coronavirus (COVID-19) status - to provide proof that the pass holder has had two Covid-19 vaccinations. The Covid Pass may be used domestically (within the UK) at events and venues such as clubs, pubs, festivals, sporting events and potentially some shops, eateries, places of worship and other premises, settings and venues where people gather in large numbers, used to help stop the spread of the virus. People who have not had 2 jabs and thus do not have a Covid Pass may be barred from these settings.
​Currently there is no official indication as to when or if domestic Covid passports will be phased out.
​This survey is specifically about domestic Covid Passes (not Covid international travel passports).
